Colorado Springs is considered to be in the south cMap showing Colorado Springs, Colorado, along with surrounding cities of Denver, Pueblo, and Leadvilleentral part of the state of Colorado, with major access from-I-25, HWY 24, HWY 93, HWY 115.  Colorado Springs is about  60 miles south of Denver, Colorado's capital, and approximately 40 miles north of PuebloCanon City is approximately 45-60 minutes south of Colorado Springs and Cripple Creek is approximately 45-60 minutes west from Colorado Springs. Getting to all these locations is a beautiful and scenic drive.
